Code of conduct
at the skating rink

  • I always skate with gloves on.
  • I respect the skaters' direction of rotation.
  • I can ask the management team for advice.
  • I respect other skaters by moving away from them to overtake or stop.
  • I don't do speed races.
  • I do not make or throw snowballs or any other projectile.
  • I leave the runway as soon as the surfacing is announced and return after being instructed to do so.
  • I have to have skates on my feet to get around on the ice.
  • I don't smoke on the track.
  • I don't eat on the track.
  • I give priority to the skater in front of me.
  • I don't play dangerous games.
  • I don't step or sit on the railings.
  • I take care of the equipment at my disposal.
  • I recognize that ice skating, although practiced as a leisure activity, is a risky sport that can lead to injury, particularly in the event of a fall.

 

Access to the Grand Palais des Glaces ice rink automatically implies that the ticket holder and any users attached to him/her:
- accept without reservation the present Charter of Good Conduct;
- accept the rules governing the use of the ice rink;
- declare that the ticket holder and any users attached to him/her are regularly insured for any damage they may cause to third parties and/or to themselves, particularly in the event of a fall.


The management team is empowered to request the immediate removal from the facility of any user who fails to comply with the Charter of Good Conduct and the rink's rules of use, without refund of the admission fee.

 

The rink is unsupervised, and children are the sole responsibility of their parents.

 

The organizer accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property. The opening days and times of the event may be modified at any time by the organizer.
